Clarity Guarantee

The Clarity Guarantee is a voluntary money-back guarantee offered by Transformational Alchemy and Before Walking Away in connection with The Glowing Embers 90-minute private relationship guidance session.

1. Our promise

If you complete your Glowing Embers session and genuinely do not feel that you received something valuable from the session, you can ask us for a refund of the session fee under this Clarity Guarantee.

2. What “valuable” means

Value is personal. It may include greater clarity about what is happening, a new perspective on a repeating pattern, a better understanding of what you can influence, a clearer sense of your choices, or a useful next step.

The guarantee does not require your relationship to improve, your partner to change, or you to decide to stay or leave.

3. How to request a refund

Contact us at [email protected] after completing your session and tell us that you would like to claim the Clarity Guarantee. We may ask you to confirm that you completed the session and that, in your genuine view, you did not receive something valuable from it.

There are no hoops to jump through and no requirement to prove that the session failed.

4. Time limit

A request under this voluntary guarantee should be made within 7 days after the completed session.

5. What the guarantee does not cover

·       Sessions that were not attended or not completed, unless another refund right applies.

·       Requests based only on a change of mind where no value-based claim is being made, except where required by applicable consumer law.

·       Any attempt to claim multiple refunds for the same session.

6. Consumer law comes first

This Clarity Guarantee is voluntary and operates in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law. It does not replace, limit or exclude mandatory consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

For Australian consumers, consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law apply automatically and cannot be taken away by a business policy or voluntary guarantee.

7. Refund method

Where a refund is approved under this guarantee, it will generally be made using the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing procedures.

8. Changes to the guarantee

We may change the terms of the Clarity Guarantee for future purchases. The version applicable to your booking will be the version displayed at the time you purchase, subject always to non-excludable consumer rights.
