Transformational Alchemy and Before Walking Away

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase and use of services provided by Transformational Alchemy and Before Walking Away (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1. About the service
The Glowing Embers is a private 90-minute online relationship guidance session. The session is intended to help you examine your experience, identify patterns, understand what you can and cannot influence, and consider possible choices and next steps.
2. Nature of the service
The Glowing Embers is not couples counselling, psychotherapy, psychological treatment, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice or crisis intervention. It does not provide a guarantee that a relationship will improve, that another person will change, or that a particular decision will be right for you.
3. Your responsibility
You remain responsible for your decisions, actions and choices. We may offer observations, questions, frameworks and guidance, but you decide what you do with that information.
4. Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed when payment has been successfully processed and a session time has been scheduled, subject to the availability and booking terms displayed at the time of purchase.
The price displayed at checkout applies to that booking. Promotional or founding rates may be offered for a limited period and may be changed or withdrawn for future bookings.
5. Rescheduling and missed sessions
If you need to reschedule, please use the rescheduling process provided with your booking confirmation or contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Any specific notice period or missed-session policy displayed at the time of booking forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in this section limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
6. Clarity Guarantee
In addition to your rights under applicable consumer law, we offer the Clarity Guarantee described in the separate Clarity Guarantee document published on our website. The guarantee is intended to provide a straightforward way to request a refund where, after completing the session, you genuinely do not feel you received something valuable from it.
7. Consumer guarantees
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. For Australian consumers, the Australian Consumer Law provides mandatory consumer guarantees for services, including guarantees relating to due care and skill, fitness for purpose in applicable circumstances, and reasonable time where no time is agreed.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website content, branding, written materials and other original materials provided by us remain our intellectual property. You may use materials provided during your session for your personal purposes, but you may not reproduce, sell, publish or commercially exploit them without permission.
9. Confidentiality and privacy
We will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Confidentiality is subject to applicable law and to circumstances where disclosure is necessary or legally required, including situations involving serious and imminent risk or lawful requests from authorities.
10. Third-party services
The website and booking process may rely on third-party providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply to the use of their services.
11. Website use
· You must not use the website for unlawful purposes.
· You must not attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website.
· You must not copy or misuse website content without permission.
· You must provide information that is reasonably accurate when making a booking.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of your booking will generally apply to that booking, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
